By the year 2015, 191 United Nations Member States have pledged to meet eight important goals. This site lists the goals and the Millennium Declaration. The site provides background information and fact sheets on progress and country-by-country reports. Under the reports link, the latest Millennium Development Goals Reports (2011) can be found, as well as regional reports, and reports from the Secretary-General.
